Delete your JobBring account.

You can delete your account yourself in the app at any time, or ask us to do it by email.

In the app

  1. Open the JobBring app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Business tab (Business settings).
  3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. You are signed out when it finishes.

By email

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my JobBring account”. We confirm it is you and delete the account, usually within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your login, your business profile, your visualizer link, and every bid, customer and lead stored in your account. Any active JobBring subscription is cancelled first so you are not charged again. This cannot be undone.

What is kept

Billing records (payment and checkout records) are kept as required for tax and accounting; the payment processor also keeps its own copy. Floor photos uploaded to the visualizer are deleted automatically after 7 days whether or not you delete your account. More detail is in the privacy policy.
