Terms of Service

These are the terms for using JobBring — the Floor Visualizer, Smart Estimate and AI Receptionist. By creating an account or subscribing to any tool you agree to them. Read the Privacy Policy and, if you use texting, the SMS Terms too — they're part of this agreement.

What JobBring is

JobBring is three tools for home-service contractors, sold separately or together, month to month:

• Floor Visualizer — shows a customer's own garage floor finished in a chosen coating colour.
• Smart Estimate — builds a priced bid from square footage and the contractor's own settings.
• AI Receptionist — answers missed calls and texts with an automated assistant.

There is no setup fee on any tool, no long-term contract, and each one works on its own.

Accounts and who the customer is

JobBring is sold to the contractor — the business using it to talk to its own customers. You must give us accurate information about your business and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your account sends to your customers.

Don't use JobBring for anything unlawful or misleading, to send content you don't have the right to use, or in a way that abuses the service (for example, automated scraping or trying to get around the render or usage limits below).

Billing and trials

Subscriptions are monthly, billed to the card you put on file, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Smart Estimate, the Floor Visualizer, and the Estimate + Visualizer bundle each start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and the subscription continues automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

The AI Receptionist has no free trial. It comes with a live phone number and a working agent behind it, so it is billed from the day you switch it on.

What's included:

• Floor Visualizer: 150 renders a month included, up to 10 per visitor. Extra renders are $15 per 100.
• AI Receptionist: unlimited AI text and email replies, plus 300 voice minutes a month included. Extra voice minutes are 25¢ each.

Renders and voice minutes reset each month and do not roll over. Current prices for every tool are always on the pricing page — that page controls if it ever differs from anything said elsewhere.

Cancelling

Cancel any time before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — we don't cut the tool off mid-period, and we don't refund the part of the month you already paid for. Email [email protected] to cancel, ask a billing question, or change plans.

Beyond that, we don't offer refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.

The honest limits of each tool

Floor Visualizer: renders are AI-generated illustrations of what a floor could look like. They are a sales aid, not a guarantee of the finished job or an exact colour match — the real product, lighting and surface will always vary somewhat from a render.

Smart Estimate: an estimate is calculated from the numbers and settings the contractor enters — coverage rates, labour, materials and pricing. JobBring does not inspect the job site and is not a party to the agreement between a contractor and their customer. The contractor is responsible for the accuracy of their own bids and for honouring what they quote.

AI Receptionist: it's an automated assistant, and it tells callers and texters that up front. It can misunderstand a request or make a mistake, the same as any automated system. We do not record call audio. Text and call transcripts are kept only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Leads belong to the contractor. A homeowner who contacts a business through JobBring is that business's lead, not ours.

Texting

If a tool sends text messages on a contractor's behalf, those messages are governed by our SMS Terms, including how to stop them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep JobBring online and working, but we don't guarantee it will be available without interruption — things like a carrier outage, a hosting issue or a third-party vendor problem can affect the service and are outside our control.

We may change the service or its prices from time to time. If a change affects what you pay, we'll give you notice before it takes effect, and because everything is month to month you can cancel rather than accept it.

Liability

JobBring is provided as described above, without further warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address with the date it was last changed at the top.
