Is the call recorded?
No. Call audio is never recorded. Florida is a two-party consent state and we do not want that problem, or yours. Transcripts are kept for a short period so you can read what was said.
Does it say it is a machine?
Yes. The assistant discloses that it is an AI assistant. It is there to catch the call, not to pretend to be you.
