What is JobBring?
Three tools for contractors, sold separately or together, and a website if you need one. A floor visualizer that shows a customer their own garage finished, a bid builder that prices the job on the spot, and an AI receptionist that answers the calls you miss.
Do I have to be a floor coating contractor?
No. The floor visualizer is the coatings-specific part. Smart Estimate, the receptionist and the website suit any home-service trade.
Who is it for?
Epoxy, coating and concrete contractors first, because that is what the visualizer is built around. The estimator and the receptionist work for any home-service trade.
Is there an app to download?
No. It runs in the browser on your phone. Add it to your home screen if you want it to look like an app. Your customers never install anything.
Am I locked into one product line?
No. JobBring is an open platform. XPS colours and systems are pre-loaded as the default because most coating contractors arriving here already buy them, and that is a starting point, not a lock.
How much does it cost?
Smart Estimate $39 a month, Floor Visualizer $49, both together $75 with a free trial, AI Receptionist $129. Month to month. Full detail on the pricing page.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Neither. Month to month, cancel before the next renewal.
Can I use my own prices and coverage rates?
Yes. The defaults are industry-standard figures so a bid works on day one, and every one of them can be replaced with your own in settings.
Do you record phone calls?
No. Call audio is never recorded. Transcripts are kept for a short period so you can read what was said.
What happens to a customer's photo?
Location data is stripped on upload and the photo is deleted after seven days. See the privacy policy.
How do the text messages work?
Someone has to call or text your business first. The reply identifies the business and says how to stop. Reply STOP at any time. Details in the SMS Terms.
