No. The floor visualizer is the coatings-specific part, and it is built around garage floors. Smart Estimate and the receptionist suit any owner-operated home-service trade. Epoxy, coating and concrete contractors come first because that is where the visualizer is strongest.

A render is an AI-generated picture of what the floor could look like, made from their own photo and a real product colour, in about fifteen seconds. It is a sales aid, not a guarantee of the finished job or an exact colour match. The real product, the lighting and the slab always vary a little, so show the real chip as well.

No. JobBring is an open platform. XPS colours and systems are pre-loaded as the default because most coating contractors arriving here already buy them. That is a starting point, not a lock.

Yes. The defaults are industry-standard figures so a bid works on day one, and every one of them can be replaced with your own in settings. The bid shows you which figures are assumptions. You stay responsible for the numbers you send: JobBring does not inspect the job site.

It is set up by hand, one business at a time. Texting is enabled separately, only after carrier registration is approved and texting setup is completed for your business number. We help with that, but we do not guarantee approval or a date. Voice billing begins the day your line is turned on, even if texting is not on yet. In the app its screen is still marked coming soon while its text replies move onto our own system. It has no free trial: you put a card on file when you sign up for setup, and the monthly charge starts the day we turn your line on. Email us and we will tell you where setup stands. Not yet. Today it texts back a missed call, once texting is enabled for your number, finds out what the job is and holds the lead for you. An automatic voice call-back is in development.

Yes, for you. JobBring is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. It also runs in any phone browser at app.jobbringapp.com, with the same account. Your customers never install anything: they open a link.

A short setup in the app: your business name, logo, phone, service area and trade, with every number pre-filled from industry defaults that you can change. You end on a dashboard with your own visualizer link and a QR code for it.

No. The tools work on their own. Your visualizer link and your bids are pages of their own, so you can text them to a customer whether you have a website or not.

No contract: everything is month to month. There is no setup fee on the Floor Visualizer or Smart Estimate. For the AI Receptionist, ask us about setup.

New estimates and renders pause until you choose a plan. Nothing you made is deleted. Buy a plan on the pricing page with the same email as your app account and the app unlocks.

A Floor Visualizer, Smart Estimate or combined Estimate + Visualizer plan bought on jobbringapp.com has no free trial: your card is charged the day you buy it, then monthly until cancelled. The free 7 days are in the app, before you buy. AI Receptionist billing starts the day we turn your line on, as described in the terms. The Receptionist has no free trial; that day starts its first billing period, and we email you the start and next renewal dates. Card payments are handled by Stripe; the checkout page shows XPS Business Systems, JobBring’s billing partner.

Floor Visualizer, Smart Estimate and the combined plan: email [email protected] before your renewal date. You keep the tool to the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. Partial months are not refunded.

AI Receptionist: before your line is turned on, you can cancel setup and owe nothing for the monthly plan. After that, email us before your renewal date; it ends at the end of your paid billing period, and extra voice minutes already used are still owed.

If you ask us to delete your account, access ends when it is deleted. See the terms.

A render is one finished preview of a floor. 150 a month come with the visualizer, a single visitor can use ten, and more are $15 per hundred. Renders reset each month and do not roll over. For the Receptionist, each billing period includes 300 voice minutes, including the first; our own setup and test calls before the line is turned on do not count; minutes past that are 25 cents each and do not roll over.

Yours. A homeowner who contacts your business through JobBring is your lead, not ours. We do not sell personal information.

Location data is stripped on upload and the photo is deleted after seven days. See the privacy policy.

No. Call audio is never recorded. Transcripts are kept for a short period so you can read what was said.

Someone has to call or text your business first. The first text identifies the business and says how to stop, and anyone can reply STOP at any time. Details in the SMS Terms.

In the app: Business tab, Delete account, type DELETE. Or email us from the address on the account. Your login, profile, visualizer link, bids, customers and leads are deleted and any subscription is cancelled first. Billing records are kept as tax rules require. Full steps.

No. XPS Business Systems sells the website. JobBring sells the tools. They work together and are billed separately.
